With eight years of hands-on experience, we understand the effort, responsibility, and dedication this work requires—especially during overnight shifts.

After working for another cleaning company for several years, we decided to do things differently: to build a company where service excellence goes hand in hand with respect, recognition, and fair compensation for our employees.

Do you provide nightly or after-hours cleaning?

Yes. Our programs can be designed around closing times, access procedures, alarm instructions, resident routines, and the condition you expect when the space is next used.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on square footage, property type, frequency, condition, priorities, access windows, and staffing needs. We recommend a walkthrough before presenting a clear written scope.

Can you work with our existing cleaning budget?

Yes. We can review your priorities and budget together, then recommend the most effective frequency and scope without hiding important tradeoffs.

Do you offer one-time deep cleaning?

Yes. We provide initial deep cleaning, seasonal resets, special-event cleaning, turnovers, and detailed projects in addition to recurring service.

Are you insured?

Yes. Incredible Cleaning Services LLC carries General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Certificates of insurance can be provided for proposals, vendor onboarding, and property management requirements.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

We can provide the professional supplies and equipment required for the agreed scope. Any site-specific products, surfaces, or client preferences are reviewed during the walkthrough.

How quickly can service begin?
